REM Caps (Review)

I've had trouble sleeping since college. For the longest time I looked to Tylenol PM or similar chemically derived sleep aids to get some rest. Most of those products include painkillers such as ibuprofen or acetaminophen which, in addition to being bad for the liver and other organs, have the unfortunate side effect of leaving you feeling tired in the morning. When I feel tired in the morning I consume more caffeine, and when I consume too much caffeine I have even more trouble sleeping.
