100 Miler Training Week 4



Better late than never right? Pine Creek Challenge 100 miler training week 4 is here. I hit the Pine Creek Rail Trail today to log 15 miles (Darling Run to Tiadaghton and back). I continued to deal with some runners hip pain that I cannot explain, but whats a little pain on a beautiful day in a beautiful place? 100 miler training must go on. How do you train for a 100 miler? Beats me... but I'm giving it all I've got.
